Deisy is very professional and helpful, however I tried to save money by taking a defensive driving point & insurance reduction course. When considering starting my policy with state farm Deisy stated it would take 1-2 hours and that I could not skip through. Than I registered for the course 2 days later and it says the course is 6 hours. I called her to inform her and she stated no one has ever mentioned that, and placed me on a brief hold. She comes back and says I asked my coworkers and they said you can skip along. Well let me tell you, there is no skipping, you are required to stay on a page for a required time and cannot proceed even if you're done reading. I think Deisy should be properly informed before telling clients misleading information. To save $10 its not worth it. Don't make the same mistake I made.
