Will contact you for days, advise you documentation is good then next month your bill changes. They may email you after the bill has changed, but will never call you and advise what’s required. Do not TRUST THESE PEOPLE NOR THEIR REPS Rebecca C. Incompetent and the welcome staff are completely unprofessional. Hunted them down for almost a month to fix my bill and was advised nothing can be done because of documentation that was it advised for me to provide which I verified over the phone prior to signing up. No courtesy credit no call from a manager. Uncanny and very likely a scam. Please try another branch or insurance. For you own sake."

"The State Farm staff was always professional, however, here lies the problem. My car insurance policy has been steadily going up. Every time I call to understand why is this, I get the excuse of the problem being out of their hands, and that it's a nationwide dilemma. They make it seem like the increase is out their control and they have no choice but to go up on one's insurance. Well come to find out, how it works is, the insurance companies for whatever reason ask for an increase in everyone's policies to an state insurance board(so to speak), and the agency/board has to make sure that the increase is by the law, and once looked into, the agency will give the approval to the insurance company to raise insurance rates. SO STATE FARM HAS BEEN RAISING INSURANCE RATES AT THEIR WILL 🤨. So good bye State Farm, won't get my money anymore, you're too expensive."

"Deisy is very professional and helpful, however I tried to save money by taking a defensive driving point & insurance reduction course. When considering starting my policy with state farm Deisy stated it would take 1-2 hours and that I could not skip through. Than I registered for the course 2 days later and it says the course is 6 hours. I called her to inform her and she stated no one has ever mentioned that, and placed me on a brief hold. She comes back and says I asked my coworkers and they said you can skip along. Well let me tell you, there is no skipping, you are required to stay on a page for a required time and cannot proceed even if you're done reading. I think Deisy should be properly informed before telling clients misleading information. To save $10 its not worth it. Don't make the same mistake I made."
